Grounds for election

Paul is a senior archaeologist and manager with Pre-Construct Archaeology, one of England’s leading archaeological practices. He directs and manages the archaeological team in their Winchester Office. Winchester is the City and district within which he has undertaken research and extensive excavations over many years resulting in an important series of publications on late prehistoric, Roman and Saxon sites in the City and the upper Itchen Valley. Paul is a graduate of the Institute of Archaeology, London, and has experience of archaeological excavation in Southwark, St Albans, Milan and Carthage, amongst other places. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.
