Grounds for election

Paul Brand is an active legal historian specializing in medieval English legal and constitutional history. He has taught legal history at University College Dublin and Oxford University, where he is an emeritus fellow of All Souls College. He has published several books and numerous articles on English legal history, including four volumes of yearbook reports for the Selden Society. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and a fellow of the Royal Historical Society.
