Grounds for election

Shadreck is one the pre-eminent archaeological scientists in the world. He has recently been appointed Edward Hall Professor of Archaeological Science at Oxford. He combines a deep understandings of materials analysis with in-depth knowledge of African deep history, having excavated for many years at Great Zimbabwe. He has publihsed extensively on all these areas. Amongst other recent project projects he has just been awarded an ERC Advanced Grant to take a new look at Bantu migrations and histories.
