Grounds for election

Since 2013, worked at Egypt Exploration Society responsible for new CRM systems, fundraising, collection management systems and websites. In 2024, the Society is launching redevelopment to make its London premises accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. Significant pledges of funds already attracted. Has written several articles in Ancient Egypt Magazine and Egyptian Archaeology on Egyptological subjects as well as the historical development of the field and its colonial roots. The introduction Dr Anna Garnett FSA (UCL) and he authored for the 2022 reprint of A Thousand Miles Up the Nile by Amelia B Edwards broadened understanding of the founding matriarch of British Egyptology offering a transparent and holistic overview of her legacy as well as important context to her travelogue. Has three forthcoming volumes focusing on the life and legacy of Howard Carter, the role of Amelia B Edwards in the founding of British Egyptology, and the lost cities of Egypt. Fieldwork Egypt and Sudan.
