Grounds for election

Lorna-Jane Richardson has become one of the UK's leading researchers in public archaeology. Her critical and extensive doctoral research on ‘Public Archaeology in the Digital Age’ has resulted in book chapters and peer-reviewed articles in the journals 'World Archaeology', 'Internet Archaeology', 'European Journal of Post-Classical Archaeologies' and 'Papers from the Institute of Archaeology'. Formerly working with L-P Archaeology & the Thames Discovery Programme, Lorna-Jane is currently Website Manager for the History Workshop Online and CBA Local Heritage Network Coordinator, responsible for the organisation of support for campaigns against cuts to heritage services across the UK. Lorna-Jane is founder of the Waveney Valley Community Archaeology Group, co-founder of the EAA's Public Archaeology Working Group and co-founder of the 'Day of Archaeology' global public engagement project. She is Research Associate at the UCL Centre for Digital Humanities.
