Grounds for election

He is currently Curator of the Roman Legionary Museum Caerleon and Curatorial Officer within the national Museum of Wales, having been a lecturer and demonstrator in archaeological conservation at Cardiff University. He is also Chairman of the Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust and the Chairman and Editor of the Monmouthshire Antiquarian Association. Since 1998 he has published numerous papers on archaeological conservation and Roman archaeology, particularly in Monmouthshire and South Wales, and continues to carry out research and arrange exhibitions on Roman and medieval archaeology.
