Grounds for election

Malin has made a major contribution to the study of ancient human remains with numerous academic publications. They include reports, most recently, on material from Towton, Wars of the Roses battle victims, Wattle Syke, West Yorkshire (Iron Age and Roman), High Wold, Bridlington (Iron Age and Roman) and Kilnsea, East Yorks (prehistoric). She has also been research associate, University of York archaeology department, 2008-14, and, since 2015, a lecturer in the department.
