Grounds for election

Dr Julia Farley is a leading specialist on the material culture and archaeology of Iron Age Britain and Europe, with particular interests in the role of precious metals in later prehistoric societies and their interaction with the Roman world. She was British Museum lead curator for the very successful exhibition 'Celts: art & identity' (London Sept 2015-January 2016; Edinburgh, March-Sept 2016). Her publications include Celts: art & identity (BM Press, 2015) co-edited with Dr Fraser Hunter FSA and numerous articles on Iron Age coinage and material culture.
