Grounds for election

After teaching at the universities of Newcastle, Swansea, Cardiff and Lampeter, he joined Cadw’s publications unit in 2001, playing a central role in the development, editing and design of its award-winning site guidebooks, as well as other interpretive publications. In 2012 he became part of a team at Cadw developing legislation that became the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2016 and subsequent measures and was involved in every stage of the its formulation, passage and implementation. Contributed to First Crusade (Manchester University Press, 1997) and jointly edited The Crusades and their Sources (Ashgate, 1998).
