Her publications include: * the third and fourth volumes of the series The Historia regum Britannie of Geoffrey of Monmouth (Cambridge, 1989 and 1991) * with E. M. C. van Houts, A Social History of England, 900-1100 (Cambridge, 2011) * edited, with A. Walsham, The Uses of Script and Print 1300-1700 (Cambridge, 2004) * edited, Charters of St Albans (Oxford, 2007) She is a member of the editorial boards of Arthurian Literature (current) and Early Medieval Europe (formerly), and has been a Vice-President of the International Society of Anglo-Saxonists.
