Grounds for election

Melanie Pomeroy-Kellinger has been a professional archaeologist for over 30 years. After serving as World Heritage Officer for Avebury, she became a Senior Project Manager at Oxford Archaeology. For the last 11 years she has been the County Archaeologist for Wiltshire and Swindon. Melanie was a member of the National Trust Archaeology Advisory Panel 2007- 2015 and a Specialist Advisory to the National Trust. She is Co-chair of the Avebury and Stonehenge Archaeological Research Group. Melanie has lectured on heritage matters and continues to work with the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education. Her publications include: Avebury World Heritage Site Management Plan 1998 and 2005 Avebury World Heritage Site Archaeological Research Framework Editor 2001 Recent Development in Research and Management at World Heritage Sites (Editor with Ian Scott) 2007
