Grounds for election

Dr Radivojević is a renowned authority on early metallurgy and uses multidisciplinary approaches in addressing the biographies of metalmaking throughout prehistoric Eurasia. Her research is published in a range of high-profile scientific journals such as Antiquity, Science, Journal of Archaeological Science, Journal of Archaeological Research, Journal of Complex Networks and others. She has also presented at over 40 conferences in archaeology, archaeological science and complex networks. Dr Radivojević was the co-author of the UK’s AHRC-funded project “The Rise of Metallurgy in Eurasia”, as well as its Project Manager and Research Associate. In 2021, she co-led the research team into delivering a monograph with the same title, which with 53 chapters offers a new interpretation on the evolution and impact of early metalmaking on prehistoric Balkan societies. She is also a Trustee of the Institute for Archaeo-Metallurgical Studies and the British Foundation for Women Graduates.
