Grounds for election

Anna is a respected Egyptologist and scholar. She is an Honorary Fellow, Department of Archaeology, Classics and Egyptology, University of Liverpool, a Trustee of the Sudan Archaeological Research Society and Amarna Project. She has worked at The British Museum and The Petrie Museum for over a decade and has conducted fieldwork in Egypt and Sudan. She has published academic and popular books, articles and blog posts including the extremely successful British Museum objects in focus book entitled 'The Colossal Statue of Rameses II'. She has been successful in fund raising activities for academic societies, museums and heritage and has been a trustee of two widely respected academic societies.
