Grounds for election

Joshua is an architectural historian who works on British 19th and 20th century architecture. His work centres on historiographical aspects and focuses on the unsung, and the common or garden. He is also particularly interested in reforming the discipline of architectural history to broaden inclusion. He has published widely, including a paper in the Antiquaries Journal on John Buckler (1770–1851), and has a special issue of Studies in Victorian Architecture & Design in press on Victorian Architectural Dynasties.
